Personally I don’t think the Ensuite is big enough. I would do this.

Many thanks for this. We agree the ensuite is a squeeze but we have a lot of bathrooms and really it’s just for my husband to use 🙂

We did think of this layout but we don’t like walk in wardrobes. We also can’t move the windows.
Our bed is also a super king at 180cm. It’s difficult to know how the flow of the room would be best. I’d prefer a make up desk and wardrobe combo I think.
Any further help would be appreciated.

What you have drawn looks really tight…… but when it’s drawn with actual sized furniture you can see there 5 pieces of furniture too many- and the Ensuite is still too small. Since you have a lot of bathrooms do you actually need this Ensuite?

We do need the ensuite as it’s the only bathroom on this floor and he would like one.

What if I put the bed next to the ensuite and wardrobes along the other wall? Do you think that may work?

I don’t think swapping the bed end helps- that end is narrower.

So I have an alternative

Yes, we considered this but I’d like some sort of sofa or bench in the room.
I like the idea of having a bigger space at the bottom of the bed also.

The space by the ensuite is 2900 wide. Bed is 1800 wide.

If I had the bed in the space next to the original ensuite idea is 550 either side of the bed not work?
Then maybe wardrobe, make up dressing table along the opposite wall?

I think you have exhausted all options with this amount of square footage….. I think if you are not going to compromise on your list of essential furniture you are going to have to build bigger.
