We have a 10 year guarantee from Lloyds of Coventry who fitted a large wardrobe and the doors are faulty due to the laminate separating from the rest of the material. They have been repaired before but the problem remains and needs attention. The Gurantee runs out in March 2023.
As you are still under guarantee then your best option is to contact the installers again and point out the problem. I would email their CEO or Managing Director, with photos of the issue, and explain your disappointment in the quality of the doors. I found this route tends to resolve an issue pretty quickly, but of course sometimes not.
