Front Door Misaligned

Hi there,
The opening side (left) of our front door is misaligned with the hinges (right). Pictures give a better description.
Because of this, there is a strong draught through the bottom left of the door (even with thick foam draught excluders).
The door is closing properly and there isn't much pressure from the thick foam draught excluder that would cause that side of the door to push outwards. It seems to be genuinely misaligned.
Is there any advice on how to realign the door?
