Backsplash Tile - HELP!!!

We are thinking of installing Lucent White Blossom in our kitchen. We have white cabinets and will keep those as is (will just change the cabinet knobs to brushed silver).

We are struggling to choose a backsplash tile that would go well with lucent white blossom. Going with Lucent White blossom all the way to backsplash is becoming out of our budget, so we are want to go with a tile backsplash.

Any suggestions on what backsplash tile can I use? There are so so many choices!!!

do we have to Google, "lucent white blossom" to know what it looks like?

would be nice if you added that to your pictures

is the Lucent a knock off to Ceasarstone Empire white?

this is the only picture I could find of white blossom. is this it?

it will be similar to these. I'd do a tile like this. look at Calacatta subway tile. it has warmer tones in it.

or try something like these white/gray variations and add some warm wood shelving somewhere. or wood stools. otherwise it's going to be very stark looking.

you have white floors, cabinets, countertop and very light walls.

pick any color tile except white or else it's going to look like a surgical ward.

I'd suggest finishing up the peninsula panel w/some trim work of some type.

this isn't painted in this pic. just showing you how they did horizontal lap siding and trimmed the corners w/molding.

get some 1x3 molding and run it on the sides and across the front panel

Paint it the same white. or another color

bring in a runner or smaller rug for the kitchen area to add some color. since you have the warm flooring and orange sofa, try the reds/orange color rugs

I'd actually consider doing a rug w/these colors, and a cool blue/gray tile like this one.

Thank you for your suggestions and ideas! I love some of the more daring/colourful ideas, but I don't think I'm, personally, bold enough to go with such a contemporary look. I'm going to stick to a traditional/modern style and use large (4" x 8") white subway tiles and dark grey grout. I'm thinking of using a dark grey paint around the kitchen walls and then a lighter shade around the rest of the room, with maybe the dark grey on the wall behind the TV too. Will be a few more weeks before that's all done, but I'll post a picture when I eventually get there. Thanks again!

Any pics of your tiles? I have seen your other post and know your suite is 'traditional' but another thing to consider I guess is the cost of the mosaics. £££ using lots may mean a big dent in your budget.

When we brought our house it had parquet in the kitchen, Before weIt has made had an opportunity to seal it our dishwasher flooded & they poped up. I recommend that u carefully research using it in a wet area before committing to it.

So, I got some backsplash and now need to decide which one to go with. Which one you guys think will look good?

The 2 quartz countertops are Lucent White Arctic and Lucent Sakura and I tried to pull out the gray color into the backsplash. I am attaching here 3 samples of backsplash for each quartz countertops .
1- this is ash/dark gray. Planning to add white grout. Hexagonal
2- this is light powder blueish/gray color. Hexagonal
3- very similar color as 2 but is subway tiles

You are fortunate that your post generated so many good ideas from boxerpal. With all the bland white, your backsplash needs to be the WOW factor. Go bold with the color and lean toward the “warm” side of the color wheel. The mini tiles on mesh sheets are very affordable, including install. Mix up your kitchen finishes for the floor, cabinets, counter, backsplash...don’t have all materials shiny or all honed/matte.

The gray or black backsplash will make your kitchen look very cold.

Backsplash with some tan or brown in it will look good with the family room wood floor.
