we present below our latest project for a Restaurant in Cyprus in which, thanks to the use of smart design decisions and cost effective materials we managed to create an extraordinary space for our client.
I cannot open your video but I have questions about the profile of this business. How are things going with restaurants in Cyprus? How complex are local restrictions? I had planned to open my restaurant last year but slowed down with additional investments. And now I am already selecting a room for a restaurant with the help of Kristin Berry. I have a wide choice now but I do not want to risk and rent a large space despite attractive discounts. Do you think it is worth investing in design now? Most of the work will consist of taking online orders and delivering restaurant food to your home.
thanks for you comment, I updated the link you should be able to open it now.
Regarding the restaurants the market behavior depends on your location. Definitely you need to consider a lower density distribution of seats due to social distancing, so you should evaluate your rent cost taking this in account. In Cyprus there was a slow down, the project got some delays due to COVID. In London restaurants are slowly going back to normal business.
I think the location and the design of the place are key factors now to attract customers, the key is to sell the experience.
