Never been a fan of displaying books by colour. Surely it will take longer to find that book? I keep my collection of books in subject groups, ie cooking, gardening, history etc. I have two bookcases, this is one of them.
Everyone to their own. It gave our family a chance to revisit titles they hadnt looked at for years and made the room look much tidier which was the aim of project. Nice bookcase.
Sorry but I’m going to be less polite than Sonia -I would be ashamed to colour coordinate my books,whether they are read or not. I’m not sure how this ever became a thing. If they’re never going to be needed again pass them on for others to enjoy and buy something more suitable to decorate your shelves. As you can tell, this hit a nerve...
