Hello, this coffee table was from Ikea, but they discontinued it some time ago. It is very similar to a mid century style coffee table, so you may find a vintage piece that would be similar.

Some ideas for you. The Ektorp sofa from Ikea has a washable cover and I've heard very good things about it. Good quality for a good price. I have to agree with nudejude regarding the upholstered furniture sizes and positions. The room looks long and narrow, so placing 2 chairs or a 2 seater sofa opposite another 2 seater would allow you to enter through the door and walk, unrestricted, through to the opposite end of the room. An area rug between the sofas, large enough to fit under their front legs and perhaps a clear coffee table in glass or Perspex between would make a great conversation area. There may be enough length to the room to use a console table behind the sofa nearest the double doors with 2 small occasional chairs. A pair of lamps would provide light for the sofa and for the chairs. If the chairs are needed, they can be brought into the main conversation grouping. A Roman blind, with or without the curtains, would set off the window. Throw cushions in a variety of patterns and colour, will add interest to the upholstered pieces. Good luck and enjoy your home.

Lovely bright room, I would use very discrete neutral blinds so as not to take away from lovely window views. I like your couches & their position. I would perhaps get a larger rug which could be placed slightly underneath the front of both couches which can look good and I would update my cushions and perhaps vary the colour & size slightly to tie in with the rug. I've included some images below which may give you ideas and there are plenty more beautiful rugs etc out there. A light fitting for your ceiling & a low vase of flowers on your coffee table would look great too. Have fun!

Hi all, I have designed my lighting and electric plan for a new build this way. I've never done it before and am afraid I will miss something. Please give any comments or suggestions you might have. Kitchen has 2 pendants (A and B on plan) over an island and lighting under the top cabinets. Am wondering if I may need also some discreet light from the top as well. The top cabinets might miss some light I think. Living room has one pendant over coffee table (C) and a discreet light (D) over the TV cabinet. Dining room has 2 pendant lights (E and F).
