Love the deck & privacy fence. Can you tell me the type of wood used?

Hi there - I’m in the process of designing a raised deck (off a second story which is also the main level), I love open decks but because I’m so close to my neighbor reall need some privacy. Love this picture, especially how the railing and privacy fence work together. Can you tell me the type of wood used? And what’s the height of the privacy fence?
