Buying taps for three new bathroom sinks: 80cm, 70cm & 60cm. Any guidance on tap dimensions welcome.

Anyone any feedback? Blockwork starting this week so trying to tie this down

Looking for lighting suggestions for 3' 10" (46") x 7'10" powder room with 9 ft ceilings. I've found several great examples but not sure of the dimension/scale. With 9' ceiling, would you go with hanging pendant/s or sconces? There is a also huge 3x5 window as well, so plenty of natural light. I don't have much advise on the design and the appliance itself, i'd say either get used to it or replace and sell this one. The chimney does look a bit off, so i'd suggest buying an extention for it, most brands sell these, and have it cut in the angle of the ceiling.
