See below the dimensions of our utility

Appliances we need are a sink, washer and dryer. We also need the space to house a ‘small hot press’.
I'm not sure of the best layout, I had originally thought of a U shaped utility with high cabinets along the back and side wall.
The location of the kitchen door can’t change but the back door location and window size + position can change.
Any suggestions to make the most out of this space?
