I am sorry but I had not heard from Houzz Support about your issue of receiving the wrong product. Upon checking the shipment information on your order, I now see that the item that was sent to your address is not the same as what you order. I sincerely apologize for this error. I will put a replacement order in today and the correct item will be shipping this afternoon.
