There are some really nice properties and articles within the magazine section, which are all great for inspiration. However I do feel that publishing some of these based on different property budgets would be really great.
I think the most recent (which looks amazing) is for a 5 bed with 5 en suites. Transformation is great but this type of property is completely unrealistic for us folk at the bottom of the property ladder / new buyers.
I think that if I see one tiny corner of a huge house that makes my heart sing it can inspire ideas for a more modest property. I've always loved interior design books and more recently Houzz for that reason. I'm never likely to live in a home I've been able to have an architect design or an interior designer to work on but for over 40 years I've been inspired to use lots of what I see in my own homes. Improvise, improvise has always been a necessary motto! And be inspired to find your own style as time and circumstances allow and have fun doing it :-)
