I see the steel frame and simple,lacquered,4 x 8 panels used instead pf sheet rock, exposed duct work and electrical, but if I were to suggest it to a builder would there be a specific name for this?
It was a prefabricated metal braced framed building. Typically called a Butler building in So Cal. The birch plywood was used instead of gypsum board as interior sheathing.
