Thanks for reaching out. Given the small nature of this tub, you would likely not be able to stretch out your legs. The interior measurements at the the bottom of the walls (within the tub interior basin) is 33.4" x 17.7". So it is a small tub, meant for small spaces. People of a smaller stature (including children) love the tub, however taller folks would find it too small to stretch out.
We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions. Detailed specifications posted below.
For a 37" interior, consider our Laughlin, which is the same exact design as the Highview, just 60" (exterior) length instead of 54". The Laughlin interior length at the bottom of the walls is 38.5". Here is a link to the Laughlin:
Thanks for reaching out. The height to the overflow is 12.2". This may not sound like much, but it is typical of clawfoot tubs, such that the step into the tub isn't too high (given that the feet already lift it off the floor 6"). Also, if you measure your current tub, it is likely fairly close to 12". If water depth is a major concern of your's, you might consider a freestanding tub, which typically has closer to 18" to overflow. Keep in mind though that typical water heaters can only provide 50-60 gallons of hot water.
Thanks! Let us know if you have any further questions.
