HI... always lots of decisions when building a new house. When working with a neutral color palette- adding a material that provides contrast is always visually interesting. If you plan on adding red accessories- gray would certainly work. You could use a solid color quartz material or even Vermont soap stone which is inherently gray. Shades of brown with red and cream is also quite pretty. I just snapped a photo mixing some materials from a project in front of me-- this is arrowroot (the stone) and you can see on the fabric motif how pretty it is-- the brown and red next to each other in the fabric pattern. Hi, I'm looking for a recommended colour for my kitchen for a classy yet sophisticated look. It's also v important that it will be still quite bright (but not white) calming colour. My kitchen is South East facing and a lot of paints tend to look blue in it which is quite challenging. I was thinking of F&B Elephants Breath but I'm open to more suggestions. Thanks, Lital

our kitchen come living room floor is going to have light beige tiles and we are thinking of fb winborne white on cabenits and white quartz counter tops.. our furniture is a stained oak dining table with white legs with navy fabric chairs, couch is blue/grey with off white cushions, we have been advised to go with fb amonite or shaded white for walls but they seem very dark and i dont know do i particulary like them. i would love some advice on wall colours please .thanks in advance. 1st picture is of tile with cabinet colour and countertop with amonite to the left and shaded white on the right. 2nd pic is dining table chair. 3rd is dining table. 4th is coffee table.
