It looks like the door is integrated into the side and toplights (there is no separate frame) so replacing just the door blade alone would be a struggle.

2k is very pricey but what i would expect for replacing this all with timber - you could consider replacing the whole unit with a new composite door and glazing that would cost much less than 2k.

I almost cried when I had my quote for my front door, £1900 for a front door (Apeer Modo) and one side panel. I then almost cried again when I asked for a cheap back door.... £800. I dont have any answers, I am just sympathising! Your front door entrance is beautiful with all that glass. I would ask a skilled Joiner/carpenter for a quote, you could keep the windows
