Just purchased this home and have a small master bathroom which I would like to redesign. I have attached a photo below and based on the colors, all of it must go. Any fun or unique ideas would be appreciated as I am basically starting from a blank canvas!
Don't have the exact dimensions at the moment but believe it is roughly 8'/9' deep and 4' wide
Just a couple quick tips - I would look at putting in a wall mounted toilet with concealed cistern (the cistern is built into the wall and you only have a flush plate). If you stick with brand like Geberit you cannot go wrong. It is very nerve wrecking thinking about putting the cistern into the wall but the products are actually easily serviceable and these products are very popular all over the world. By doing this you will push the toilet back against the wall and add more space.
I would also suggest a tall narrow heated towel rail/towel dryer. In small bathrooms where ventilation is limited, it will help dry the towels quickly and hygienically - as a manufacturer of heated towel rails we would tend to be a little bias :) Also replace the vanity with a floating, wall mounted vantity - it should also give the room slightly more spacious feel.
