Comments (3)Contact your local decorative concrete supplier or cleaning supplier and ask for a neutral based cleaner. I would use that to clean it and you can also use a wax to go over your sealer which will give you a longer life for your sealer. Typically the wax will give you a high sheen if you are ok with that and after that you can try just using a damp micro fiber hard wood floor mop to clean the floor....See MoreWhat colour carpet?
Comments (22)If you have a Lowe's nearby, take a look at the Pergo Driftwood Pine Laminate Flooring (top photos.) Even though it has a rustic, beach house feel, I love the color. It's a silvery/white/taupe (for lack of a better description) and that would be striking with your wall color, white bedding and black/brown bed. My other suggestion would be Brazilian Teak, (bottom photos) which is beautiful. It really depends on what makes you feel good and what you love living in! Maybe some interesting artwork that had some color in it, but I think you should go for a more elegant calm look. By the way, I like the chandelier you have with the fireplace. I think I would paint the lower part of your wall the same blue as is in the top part. Then I would add some black accents in glass and lamps. Curtains that have a sheen or gold thread would be nice....See MoreDeanna Rich
