Can I put a stove in a conservatory

I have a very cold 19x12 Edwardian shape conservatory

Yes as long as you vent it out through a flue. You may need to consider other ventilation too. Try the Salamander Hobbit stove, it is DEFRA approved and designed for small spaces.
I would definitely recommend that you get a qualified installer to take a look 1st to make sure there is a way to fit the fluand that you have suitable air circulation.
Its definitely worth following up on.

As a less expensive alternative, the oil filled electric radiators are very effective.

Also many conservatories are very cold due to lack of insulation under the floor.. Could this be looked at?

I assume you mean a wood burning stove as fireplace as opposed to a wood burning stove as cooking stove? Takes all kinds to make a world and it's not the first time I've seen the idea. It depends on the strength of the fan. Pulling too many cubic feet per minute may suck smoke and carbon monoxide into the living area from the stove. Make up air ventilation, outside air, is required for fans over a certain CFM. I can't quote code on this one, but the make up air prevents negative pressure within the house. A sealed combustion firebox is probably OK, the air for combustion on such a unit would also come form outside. The EPA rated wood burning fireplace from Fireplace Xtrodinaire is an example. Hope this helps...a call to your local building department may answer your question better.

I'm having trouble orienting myself in this room. Can you post pictures of whole walls? I see two sofas across from each other, but I have no idea where the chair is located. You have the TV located on a short wall on a too-small stand, and somewhere else you have a too small console table/shelf thing on a big wall with a wedding photo that is hung way too high. Why is the TV not on that wall? I suspect there is a better furniture arrangement, but we need better photos to see. Once the arrangement is set, we can do something about bringing some life into the room.

Once you select some large pieces of artwork to hang on the walls, it will help bring color into the room. I'm not a big fan of roller shades. Roman shades would make it look homier. Also, upholstered straight valances in a lively pattern over the tops of the windows will bring more color interest into the room and hide the shades when they are drawn up. Accessorize the sofas with colorful pillows. Get an area rug with some color and pattern going in it. Bring in a large piece of furniture as an accent piece/ display piece on the wall where that tiny console is now. Display collections of things you already have or would like to collect. The room appears to be lighted from the ceiling which is a very harsh light. Get some floor lamps and/or some tables and table lamps to bring the light down to human level.

The only problem is you are going for a traditional fireplace and granite is a fairly modern look you could go for a lighter shade , remember its your house if you like the look stick to it. I would go into some fireplace shops and see what they look like, i'am sure whatever you put down will look lovely.
