Hello love this kitchen. What shade/brand is the navy blue? Think it looks really sophisticated.

Hi, I think Elephant's Breath would be stunning. I used it before on a project in a open plan living and kitchen area in similar room position and it looks great. If you use the Elephant's Breath I would keep the cabinets one colour. The actual colour looks different at certain times of the day or under natural and artificial lighting. Sometimes it is more soft grey and dark and other times it's quite bright and light. I wouldn't go any darker than that. The tone is more in warm so no blue or cool grey. I would suggest that you mix the cabinet units with calacatta marble worktop and splashback which is a white marble. Or you can go the opposite way and use black marble like nero marquinia or dark granite. Natural wood would also look great. If you want another colour option I would also consider Old White No4. It's more into green tones and even warmer. I have a dining room project on my profile with the display cabinet painted in this colour. You can have a look there. Hope this helps. Karolina

Calling experience professionals, I am just doing up my kitchen and just wondering if you a favourite tried and tested colour schemes for handpainted kitchen cabinetry. I'll offer one that I like. 1. Top Unit - Cornforth White (F&B) 2. Base Units - Charlstown Grey (F&B)with White Stone Worktop/ Wood Flooring. I have ivory doors on my kitchen units. Butcher block in light colour browns counter work top and the floor is brown wood. I was wondering if you could advise me on what colour tiles for splash back. It's for full length of kitchen including under the hood expel air. Also should I tile surrounding the window? Delighted to get any ideas. Thank you.
