That is a very nice laundry room that just needs a little texture and color to give it personality. I would paint the walls something like sage green, add some pottery to the open shelves and artwork to the right of the closet or on the wall we cannot see. With your lovely large dog you probably don't want to add a rug, but tile above the counter and a basket or two above or below the cabinets could add additional interest. A green plant on the window ledge would also bring life into the room.
Depending on your budget a bright backsplash might add some texture and color. I agree with the other poster paint is your friend. Area rug as stated prior also would be great. They know sell canvas art specific for the laundry room that add color as well. It's a great laundry room I would love to have that much space. Function looks fantastic. And the fact there is no laundry to be seen would be enough to make me happy. Good luck.
Yes and this is where you can add personality without too much consideration for the rest of the house.! How about painting the walls in two colors with a large horizontal strip going through the room...stopping at the doorways and cabinets and picking up after those items. Or you can wainscot the bottom portion of the room in bead board and then paint above in a nice fresh color...or you can paper in a fancy type paper...and bring in chandeliers to make it even more fancy!
