They're custom designed and fabricated for this owner, as part of an entirely custom railing system. Unfortunately there are no stock components that could be purchased.
Wood is western red cedar. Finish is Sikkens Cetol 1-2-3. The panels are designed for easy disassembly/re-assembly so that finish maintenance of the entire circumference of each cedar board is possible. The individual boards are 1 1/2" thick X 3 1/2" deep, with only a 1/2" gap between. Re-finishing in that small 1/2" gap space would have been very difficult, if the panels were unable to be disassembled.
