The job was completed in two days and I can't praise their professionalism and workmanship highly enough. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have windows and doors replaced”

“Fantastic work completed by Horizon Windows on our house in Firhouse. We got windows replaced throughtout the house, at the front and also the back. Peter came out to the house for an estimate and to survey the work, very pleasant and straight forward to deal with. Once we received the quotation we proceeded with the order and a lead time of 8 weeks. Unexpectedly the team were able to progress work a few weeks ahead of schedule, which was great news. The team were finished within 2-3 days and we were delighted with the work. We can really notice the difference visually and also with the reduction in time putting on the heating. The gents who installed the windows were very professional and really progressed through the work at a great rate. Very happy with the finished project. Would definitely recommend.”

“From the very off on the project we were so aware that the windows and doors had to be part of the overall energy saving, design and feature of the house. It being a refurbishment project for a family home we spent hours going from show room to showroom and thumbed our way through catalogues. On entering window&roof lights we met Declan Lally who not only showed us his collection but was more interested in how the house would work for us and how his company could add to our plans on the overall look and versatility of their products for us. We immediately saved by cutting out unnecessary openings and doors and concentrate on living in the spaces. A roof light which was centre of the main roof was an everyday job to this company and seemed to be a hassle to fit for others is now a lovely feature.Many site visits later and of course comparisons we were in no doubt where the quality and service were to be had down to every door handle and hinge. Top quality, Great service and most of all the personal input and time given to make sure we ended up with windows for a lifetime.”

“We wanted to replace our old wooden front door and side panel with a new composite door. We emailed Platinum Windows and got an immediate response and got a quote shortly after. Ciaran came out to measure and spent time advising on different options available. When we ordered we were given an exact time and date for fitting. The fitting was done very professionally and the place was left spotless. The whole process was excellent with great communication throughout. I would higher recommend Platinum Windows.”

“Install all new windows (13) and doors (4) in my bungalow with Double glazed units. The project was started and completed as forecast and to the quoted price. The workmanship of the windows and the installation was excellent, couldn't fault it. The whole experience from Sales to Installation people were friendly and straightforward and very professional.
