We had a door installed a few years ago. We needed a few minor repairs recently. On both occasions the service was exceptional. Really responsive and great customer service. We found them a really professional company.

I've been to hell and back with the foldingdoors.ie guys and can't understand why anyone would want to do business with them. I've complained on numerous occasions both directly and via the builder. I've even been in touch with Reynaers to appraise them of the situation. Foldingdoos.ie guys have repeatedly come out and claimed that the problems are nothing to do with them. It's like a broken record. I've told them that I'm going online and rather than provide service, they just refer me to their solicitor. My builder who is a patient and accommodating sort, is at the end of his together with them. The project is a new build in Blackrock, County Dublin. Their lack of communication and service skills has resulted in delay after delay, which we twice only found out about after chasing them. We are unable to finish our painting in our hallway until they complete their works. They are the only vendor / supplier which has frustrated us in this manner. I'm not alone and know of at least two others that have had similar issues. Avoid them like the plague. They seem to use the outstanding balance as an excuse not to engage. They're wild claims about the quality of their products and services simply don't stack up.

The Folding Door Company have recently supplied and fitted high quality windows and doors for us. The service provided, from sales right through to design and fitting was very professional and the product looks and performs great! Their HiFinity slim frame sliding doors are amazing! We look forward to working with them again.

We had the pleasure of dealing with this company. Both Pat and Lisa were extremely professional from start to finish with this project. Their conversations with us were clear and precise, along with their technical drawings. We never felt concerned. We knew they could deliver both on product and on time. Nothing was an issue for these guys. A good company that delivered.

I had all my glazing and patio doors installed in my kitchen extension over two years ago and have had constant draughts around the doors since. After a year of calling and reporting the problem an engineer called out and diagnosed the problem. That was November 2016. I still cannot get them to return and fix the problem. This is after delays of 2 months on my build because of difficulty with their supply chain
