“We had a big storm come through the area and ripped off some of my shingles. I called Lengacher Roofing and they were out quickly and put a tarp on my roof. They worked with my insurance co. They did a great job and were very fast. Complete tear off new roof.”

“I HIGHLY recommend Old Fort Roofing. This was the first big house project my husband and I took on and Old Fort Roofing made it incredibly simple, effortless, and efficient. Old Fort Roofing was fantastic from the moment we approached them at the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show in March through to the completion of our roof installation. Shannon was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. We interviewed a couple other roofers, but Old Fort Roofing and Shannon were the clear favorites. All our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Time and care was taken to ensure we understood what would be happening and why and how. When it came time to remove the old roof and install the new, the crew was efficient, diligent, and very fast. The old roof and gutters were removed and the new roof installed in one day. The gutters were replaced with new within a week. There was one instance where the siding was damaged, but Shannon sent Scott our information and he personally came out to work out a solution with us. The damaged siding was easily replaced and looks absolutely fantastic. Scott also realized that the color we had originally chosen for the roof was not what was installed. My husband and I had commented between the two of us that the new roof looked lighter than we remembered our selection being, but were so pleased with how it looked that we didn't think too much of it. Scott surprised us with confirmation that the wrong color roof had been installed. He was incredibly apologetic and offered a couple of solutions. We were happy to keep the roof as it was installed and Scott gave us a discount due to the mistake. Shannon and Scott were both with us every step of the way and very friendly, very attentive. Overall, Old Fort Roofing ensured our interaction with them and our roof replacement was as effortless as possible. They are an amazing company with wonderful customer service! And our roof and gutters look fantastic!”
