She designed a fabulous kitchen and bathroom for us, all within budget and on time. I would highly recommend her work and would not hesitate to hire her again. “We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“In 2016, I came accross Jorge's business card when I was looking for a Kitchen designer to redo my old kitchen. His work was outstanding. He made the process very easy by acting as our Project Manager once the design was created. My "French Kitchen" is gorgeous, and to this day, still get so many compliments on the design. Later on, I retained Jorge for the remodeling of my garage, and my grandchildren's bedroom. I've recommended Jorge to many friends who have used his services and are very happy with the end result. My adult children have now have engaged Jorge's services for an upcoming January 2022 kitchen remodel; breaking down a wall, adding windows and designing their dream kitchen. Looking at their design through virtual reality glasses was SO cool, seeing the final product before the construction even begins! It is without hesitation that I recommend Jorge. He is on the ball, on schedule, follows through and works with honesty and integrity.”

Keiko's ideas are incredible...her knowledge of sources, vendors and materials, just staggering. The final result always looks more expensive than the amount of money spent.
