“I recommend McCarthy Construction – I am delighted with the renovation works they did to my house. We had an extension built to give us a sun room with underfloor heating so we can use this room all year round and a new kitchen and bathroom. From the outset John McCarthy was very professional, discussed our needs and came back with a detailed quotation and timeline. Half way through the project we changed our mind and he was able to accommodate our new requirements and still stay in budget. His team were very professional – we were living in the house whilst the works were carried out and each evening they tidied up and made sure there was minimum amount of disruption. John made regular visits to inspect the work and we received a quick progress review each week right up to project sign off. The most important aspect of his company, in addition to the quality of work, is that he kept within our budget and agreed timing, when he started the project – his team did not leave until the works were finished and we are absolutely delighted. “From start to finish we had nothing but a positive experience working with Conor and the rest of the team at Noel Dempsey. The moment I walked in to their beautiful show room I felt at home. Our project was a big job and both my partner and I had no previous experience renovating a house. We knew our priority was the kitchen and spent a great deal of time researching different companies, we ultimately chose Noel Dempsey because of their passion for design, their financial transparency and their genuine interest and enthusiasm in relation to our project. Every step of the way we had the support and expertise of our designer Conor. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he often met us out of office hours to discuss our plans due to the busy nature of my work schedule. Often Conor would remark that the team had discussed our project which was very reassuring, not only was Conor working on our design but he had the input of the rest of the team at Noel Dempsey too showing just how valued we were as a client. From calling the office to dealing with the incredible fitters everyone at Noel Dempsey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are so grateful for all the time and effort they put into our kitchen and we could not be happier with the final result. I could not recommend them more highly!
