“We hired Norman Rankow and his accomplished team at Colonial Reproduction to build a new home for us on Martha's Vineyard. The experience could not have been more positive, or gone more smoothly. We couldn't be happier. Despite the almost 3,000 miles between us, and this new construction, Norman and the team kept us informed with regular updates, photos, videos every step of the way. The project was completed under budget and they made extra effort to complete it months ahead of schedule which allowed us to enjoy our first summer in the house, instead of the scheduled Oct move-in. Through the process, we became and remain friends, and whenever an issue arises (though we've never had anything serious...they did a rock-solid job), Colonial is always an easy phone call away to fix any problems that come up. They're great people. They're great builders. And they are a pleasure to work with. We LOVE the house they built for us, and remain grateful to Colonial for creating our dream home.”

This has not happened with Tigo Builders' photo sessions, an impressive quality that intuitively led me to frame details of handcrafted finishes. “When my wife wanted a new open concept kitchen in our colonial, it involved removing a wall , a complete gut of the kitchen and dining area and of course designing the kitchen perfectly. After interviewing several contractors we chose Ranney & Rimington due to their excellent reputation and friendly professionalism. I can say after the project was completed, I feel even more strongly we made the right choice. Their organized execution of the project was very impressive and the communication and adherence to timelines could not have been better. If you need any type of building or remodeling I recommend them wholeheartedly !.”
