“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. “We hired Norman Rankow and his accomplished team at Colonial Reproduction to build a new home for us on Martha's Vineyard. The experience could not have been more positive, or gone more smoothly. We couldn't be happier. Despite the almost 3,000 miles between us, and this new construction, Norman and the team kept us informed with regular updates, photos, videos every step of the way. The project was completed under budget and they made extra effort to complete it months ahead of schedule which allowed us to enjoy our first summer in the house, instead of the scheduled Oct move-in. Through the process, we became and remain friends, and whenever an issue arises (though we've never had anything serious...they did a rock-solid job), Colonial is always an easy phone call away to fix any problems that come up. They're great people. They're great builders. And they are a pleasure to work with. We LOVE the house they built for us, and remain grateful to Colonial for creating our dream home.”
