“JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.”

“We used this builder for a new home build and we were very pleased with their work. They built a beautiful home for our family. Their bidding is accurate and if you happen to change/add anything along the way that will change the cost, they let you know what it will be and you sign off on it. They did quality work and they did it quickly and efficiently. They guide the homeowner through the process of choosing features one step at a time so that it's never overwhelming. The contractor manages all the different teams of workers--plumbers, electricians, etc. with professionalism and the homeowner is free to enjoy the building process. If you experience any problems, even after your home is built, they are quick to come and remedy them. Thirteen years later, we are still very happy with our home.”

“We hired Nelson Builders to fix our entryway that our original home builder had built incorrectly. During the rehab project Matt Nelson personally assisted with the project. His knowledge and skill for understanding framing, electrical, finishing, and attention to detail impressed my husband and I. It is rare to find a builder who truly knows how to build quality, well-designed homes. I cannot speak highly enough about our positive experience. I only wish we would have found him sooner, we would have loved for him to have designed and built our entire home. Nelson Builders are different than any other builder because they don't skip on quality and there truly is such close attention to detail.
