“Building a house with Doug Johnson of Ironwood Homes. Easy to work with. Explains everything in detail, and will answer any questions you have honestly and with your best interests at heart. He provides you with a binder that includes your house plans, selection categories and when they need to be completed, directions and contact people to make those selections. Everything spelled out as to what will be done. You can contact him anytime with questions either by email or office phone, and provides his personal cell phone should you need him for anything. He will check and double check with you to be sure he has your preferences correct. He plans every construction phase down to the nth degree to be sure he will have your home ready by the time he promised, or before. After working with a different contractor I can say that working with Doug has been a sheer pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone.”
