“Kosta did the first carpentry work in our house in March 2016. We were so happy with the work he did that we hired him to subsequently manage 2 renovation projects as well as doing more carpentry work. We can confidently say that Kosta is one of the most professional (if not the most) among the many professionals we dealt with since moving in the house 3 years ago. Kosta is torough, precise and makes beautiful as well as practical woodwork. As a project manager, communication with him is excellent and he is punctual. Very importantly for us, Kosta always makes sure that while carrying out the work he and his team take great care of the house, for example protecting surfaces, cleaning at the end of each working day and in general trying to keep disruption to a minimum. “I am living in an EcoHouse development here in Ratoath. It is an exceptional home by any yardstick. One has only to open the front door on those Autumnal evenings, to feel the warmth inside. The internal layout is perfect, and it utilises all available space to maximum effect. Maintenance and upkeep is minimal, perfectly tailored to the singleton lifestyle! Triple glazed windows, and high spec doors not only maintains internal heat levels terrifically well, but greatly enhances the building from a security perspective. All in all, it is a dream home to live in, no one has encouraged me to write this ... I have only come upon this “Review” section while browsing. I have been residing here for two years now, and I have zero plans to move elsewhere”
