“Working with Graham was a fantastic experience on all aspects. From the outset, Graham was fully transparent about his pricing structure and at the conclusion of the project, the final bill was exactly as expected. When looking at design, Graham took the time to appreciate what we were trying to achieve and how we would use our home as a busy family. During the build process challenges inevitably arose but nothing felt like a problem. There was always a sense of collaboration between Graham, ourselves and our builder to work to a solution. In fact, some of our "problems" turned into design features that add to the aesthetic of our home. “I don’t think I could have coped with the jobs involved in the house I bought without the expert advice of Clodagh and her team in Placelift. They were fantastic. What I saw as a problem, they saw as ‘not a bother’. Clodagh is the coordinator and has an incredible back up team of the nicest gentlemen you could meet: Ivan, Rob, Arthur, Vincent and Wayne. Clodagh sourced lights, paint colours , appliances, a kitchen, decking etc., and then her team arrived and put them in place! Painters, plumbers, electricians, builders and handymen, all in the one outfit. A dream machine for anyone contemplating a house renovation. And as a plus, all so pleasant, friendly and competent.
