“Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. “We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“We choose ARC by seeing their project sign in our local area, the project manager are very professional and smart when we first meet with them. So We decided to start with all design jobs for our dream home first, then see if we use them for construction or not. We found out their stuff are very kind and quite efficient, gets our point quickly. The development application was lodged very smoothly, and only took 5months to get it approved, so we feel like to deal with them for the rest of Construction job. Lucky we choose them, our house was built very quick and good quality, because I had few friends was very bad luck to choose other bad builder took them over 2 year only building a granny flat, had lots arguments with their project manager. From the experience with ARC, they are quite straightforward, quite felixiable if we change of mind even though it may cost them extra, but they seems ok not charging us extra. And will think ahead for us by lots thing, my family quite happy to deal with them, we will come back to them if we have any other new projects in the future. Hopes this experience can help others.”
