“We hired Dream Home Builders to build our "dream home" after meeting the builder, Mike Ardeljan, while in Bend in fall 2012 when we were considering a move across country from Virginia to Oregon. We just happened to see a house under construction that appealed to our style, and lucky for us, Mike was on the site and gave us a tour of his almost completed house he was building for a client. We were wowed, to say the least. Green building is what we were interested in, as well as a contemporary design and this house offered it all. We talked with the home owners after completion and they couldn't say enough about Mike's talents in design and construction. Their home inspector even gave glowing reviews: " high quality workmanship" is what I remember and he couldn't have been more accurate. Mike approaches design from a "team effort" approach. He listens to your needs and wants and goes from there. We were involved every step of the way and enjoyed every moment. If you've ever built, which we had done three times, you may agree that building can be a rocking rollacoaster. Not this time. We are thrilled with our design and the quality of work. Mike is always available to answer our questions and to discuss ideas or concerns. He knows house building and obviously loves every phase of it. We can't say enough about Mike and his company.
