“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. “Ms. Forsee and her amazing team guided us through the process of renovating an old farm house. Being that this was the first time either my husband or I had ventured to do anything like this, we needed someone who was willing to take us by the hand and lead us through each step of the process. Angela was great! She helped us make selections that were historically consistent with the time of our home and yet still stayed within the budget we had set for the project. We found both she and her team to be professional, operating with the highest degree of integrity. She promised we would be "in" "on budget" in three months time. We were "in" in less and under budget. In addition, her follow-up since the completion of the project has been exceptional. We have had a few minor problems that she has taken care of to our satisfaction as soon as we communicated there was an issue. We would definitely recommend (without hesitation) Angela Forsee to anyone considering renovation/restoration in the Lexington area, and we would use Greystone Restoration again, if ever there was a need.”

“Rod Sidley designed and supervised the remodeling of our master bathroom. His design ideas enhanced the objectives we shared at our initial meeting, and he paid attention to subtle details that took our design concept from good to great. Rod respected my budget concerns, suggested price options for products, and updated the budget at key stages. He was an excellent communicator, keeping me informed of the weekly or daily schedule. Strathmore Construction was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home and daily life. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and I had total confidence and trust in them. It was a pleasure to work with Rod and the crew of experts doing the construction and installation. I highly recommend Rod Sidley and Strathmore Construction!”
