Trying to accurately communicate what was in our heads to a professional who could actually create our vision in real life was daunting - until we asked Jared for help. The process was so easy - he asked us to create an IdeaBook here on Houzz to share with him photos of what we liked and wanted in our kitchen redesign. He then asked us for photos, layout, and measurements of our existing kitchen. Within a few days, he replied with simple, yet extremely helpful conceptual drawings, that accurately displayed our selections and helped guide our decision making and project planning.”

“Great professional company to work with. I have used them on two separate projects and look forward to working with them on another remodel in the coming year. The first project was to relocate a stairway in our primary residence which they did a fantastic job. Came up with unique designs and layouts and took into account our lifestyle and other rooms throughout the house to be sure everything flowed together properly. The second project was a commercial college locker room remodel. Once again, everything was handled and designed very well. We are now beginning our kitchen/dining/living area remodel with them ANC everything is going great. One of the most professional contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Well organized, on time to all meetings, and easy to communicate with through all phases of our projects.”

“Our family was interested in a property, but it was already too small for our family, and it was in an area where there was not a whole lot of options as far as city codes and what not. We had Dale design a couple different options for the property seeing if we were able to transform an 800 square foot two bedroom one bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home, basically redesigning the entire home to suit our needs. Although in the end, we decided not to move forward with buying the home due to the project just being completely out of our scope and with the codes of the city, we were only able to come up with a three bedroom home. We had our own ideas in how the design should go, and he was extremely patient with us in finding ways to meet our needs in the close to six months he worked with us, with just creating different layouts of the home. We are definitely reaching out to Dale anytime we have a house renovation project to utilize his expertise in design for our home. He demonstrated knowledge and had the patience with us wanting something that just was not plausible.”

They showed up on time daily, answered all of my questions and concerns, and stayed within budget. They subcontract with professional companies and completed the job fast and a week ahead of the proposed timeline.”
