“We had a wonderful experience working with Meghan and Kellen to remodel three rooms in our home, which focused on two complete bathroom renovations. Meghan came up with designs that we loved and then worked with us to get the right products to execute each design. She was very organized and punctual, despite her busy family schedule, and was endlessly patient with our questions and changes. Kellen's carpentry work was also excellent. I would highly recommend Juxta for anyone looking to renovate or build.”

“We receive (almost an annoying amount) of compliments on the exterior design of our house. People even ring the door bell to let us know. With Deans 3D program he uses to calculate the shade you are going to get through different seasons of the year, we ended up with the perfect amount of shade on our patio's and house in the summer, and sun in the fall and winter. I am amazed how well it worked out. Deans ideas and thought process really is next level design work.”

“Provided expert guidance, came in on time and on budget. Always listened to and respected home buyers point of view. Flexible, for example when homeowner purchased masonry heater on own builder found contractors to do the work. Always available and personally on site much of the time and at least twice weekly. Acted as home buyers' agent with sub contractors. Able to maintain full cooperation of sub contractors. Many aspects of the home are "green" , for example, building techniques which provide superior insulation. After one year there have been virtually no issues.”

“Meadow Ridge Homes built our custom home. It was important to us to have a builder who delivered a high quality home on budget. Meadow delivered a home of good quality and it was even under budget. Building a custom home is a lot of work and you need a builder who will listen and work with you to provide what you want, keep you realistic and stay on budget. Meadow was great to work with and good with communication during the home build. They build a beautiful home. Meadow did not handle landscaping though, so one recommendation to new home owners is to ensure you set a meeting with Meadow, the designer/engineer, and the developer to discuss how the home will be positioned on the lot and grading with all neighbours.”
