“We worked with Little Constructions on a substantial renovation to a weatherboard cottage in Rippleside. Our collaboration started during the production of our construction documentation, during which time we met with Mark and his team to streamline our drawings. This turned out to be a great start to a very successful project. Working with Mark and Jeff was a pleasure - from start to finish they were forward-thinking, attentive to detail and communicative. The quality of the work speaks for itself though, they’ve really done a wonderful job. Both we and our clients are over the moon with the outcome. I’d happily work with Little Constructions again.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

“We hired Ryan after having him recommended by a friend. From our first meeting with Ryan we felt that he was very much on the same page as us and willing to go that bit further than previous builders we had met with. They organized everything from the permits to the fire assessments and was more than willing to help get the project up and running. Ryan and his team were very efficient, well presented and would always have time to discuss design ideas and we could draw on his experience when required. The quality throughout the build was second to none and it seems like Ryan has a highly skilled team of contractors as we had some dealings with his plumber, electrician and floor sander who were all great. We could not recommend Ryan and his team highly enough. From the very start to completion it was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and we would not hesitate to use him in the future. “Farside made our house renovation possible, coming up with a design, guiding it into reality through drafting, town planning and then the build itself - all in a remarkably short space of time. Chris and Agata have a quality-focused approach, helping us choose elements that gave the build a touch of luxury without sacrificing the budget. And their dedication to sticking to the budget is awesome - it's so easy to go over budget with the many small choices that ultimately add up to a blowout - but our build remained almost exactly to what the original building budget was forecast to be. We can't recommend Farside highly enough.”

Novices at the time, the Renmark team guided us through each step, with expertise and efficiency. The craftsmanship in our house proved to withstand the test of time, as each and everyone of our friends and family continually commented on its durability. Now on our second build (to accomodate adult children), it's Sam and the team that we turned to once again. It's so lovely to see the same faces working together even after all these years. Renmark Homes integrity and honesty has played a big part in their longevity in the industry.”
