“We have used the Palm Brothers for several remodeling projects in our home here in Naples. The first was to reconfigure and remodel our kitchen by reusing many of the existing cabinet "boxes". The Palm Brothers were extremely knowledgeable about helping us with different configuration ideas. With their advice, we were able to maximize reuse of materials and enlarge our cabinet storage area and counter space. The workmanship was outstanding. We ended up adding valances, indirect lighting, glass doors which made the final product "pop". They are timely, accurate, and professional in all aspects of their work. We had them come back to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their work exceeded our expectations. They are local, reputable, and passionate about what they do. Rare traits in today's business environment.”

“Wonderful company to work with. Very understanding and professional. Worked very well with us regarding ideas we had as well as great ideas they had. They remodeled our whole condominium from scratch and it came out beautiful! Would recommend this company to anyone. “When first coming to Marco Island to investigate potentially buying a lot and then building a home, we decided to work with Frey & Son Homes, specifically, David Milner. Not only is David very familiar with Marco Island and pointed us to a perfect lot for our needs/price range. He also has helped in the initial phases of choosing to build with Frey & Son Homes and worked with us as much as needed to get us comfortable with the process. (This will be the first home we have ever built). The decision was finally made mainly because David made us feel very good about what is to come. The builder/architect/designer have all also been extremely helpful and we are getting to the phase where the plans will be submitted for approval. Again, I can't imagine anyone have more questions than we have had and all have been answered in a timely and thorough manner. THANKS to the whole team and we can't wait to finally make our move to beautiful Marco Island.”

“From the beginning of this project to the end, Scott Bartels with Element Buildings was phenomenal. Scott was brought into the project because of his use of structural insulated panels (SIP) but ended up adding so much more to our home. From our beautiful aggregate driveway, the custom designed front gate, the one of a kind gutters (I actually love my gutters!) to the custom ipe dock benches with built in storage Scott Bartels with Element Buildings built us a beautiful home.”
