“David and Hae lead the team to re-do our kitchen...they were nothing short of fantastic; both in quality of work as well as working with throughout the process. They were with us every step of the way - I truly dont think we would have been able to get this done without them. Through the process they; - Lead the Design: David and Hae walked us through our options and their recommendations for the design. They even had a really great software that helped visual renderings of the to-be finished product. The combination of their aesthetic eye with their technical skillset helped us get a solution that was both desirable as well as feasible. - Coordinated with all contracting parties: they 'quarterbacked' the entire re-do, from soup to nuts. They are well connected with contractors, millworks specialists, counter specialists ensuring we get the best price possible at a high quality. Beyond this, they were able to coordinate all parties working as one team to get the kitchen done quickly and efficiently. - Budget: many times when you tell someone a budget, they use it as a 'loose number'. David and Hae were extremely conscious of budget - staying exactly within what we aligned upon early in the process....they were able to do this with without sacrificing on quality. When the inevitable issues came up (as they always do) - David worked directly with team to find the right solution for us...again, always keeping budget in mind. We couldnt be happier with our kitchen and that we used David and Hae in this process. Would recommend 10/10.”

“I hierd A to Z Renovations for general renovations in my home they redid my bathroom and wood floors and base molding and painted the entire house the results looks great, but besides how it looks the customer service was the best i did not expect such level of customer service from contractors. highly recommended”

“Smart Design helped us with design and install, removing a large old gravel based driveway, and replacing with concrete. They also designed a new entryway and back patio for us. The whole process was amazing, Segev was extremely organized, responded immediately, and the finished product is better than we hoped! I highly recommend Smart Design!”

“I have known Stephen Samuels of DES Home Renovations for over a year now, and I can say he is one of the most detail-oriented people I've ever worked with. He truly cares that everything comes out perfect, and it shows in his work. From writing proposals to explaining things to homeowners to completing the project, Stephen and his team go through painstaking detail to make sure all of the details are exactly how he and the homeowner want them. If you're looking for a quality remodeling contractor who pays attention to detail (and doesn't just use that phrase as a selling point), I recommend DES.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“Themis and ReBuild were fantastic to work with. We heard so many horror stories about projects that ended up double the timeline and double the price; Themis, Peter and their team kept those nightmares from being our reality. Thanks to their careful management, we ended up finishing the project right on budget and nearly on time - seemingly unheard of in New York City renovations. Even more vital, Themis was as concerned as we were about the small details along the way, and as a result, we ended up with high-quality construction. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and final product!”

“Van Buren Design Build recently completed a kitchen remodel for us. We are delighted with every aspect of the process. Zak, Frank and the entire team were professional while being very approachable. They all displayed expertise in each area of the remodel from the initial design to the finish and were very organized along the way. Our kitchen turned out just as we had dreamed. Our daughter, who also used them for a kitchen remodel, recommended VBDB to us . And, we will highly recommend them to our friends.”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”
