“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”

“Tyler Jones is one of the best General Contractor I have worked with. He and his crew have the knowledge of construction and applicable building codes to complete projects. I am a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in this field and I met Tyler in one of the projects my company designed. He is the most hones, trustworthy, respectful young contractor, with incredible insight of how the construction is progressing, foreseeing any issue well in advance and then coordinating with the engineer to resolve them. It is a pleasure to work with Tyler and his crew and I will introduce him to my clients as my top choice of contractors to entruct their projects in his hands. “My husband and I were the General Contractors on our owner/build new construction home. We hired The Right Stage to help us with several projects in the construction process. The Right Stage helped with sheetrock, interior wood floors, fireplace stone, exterior stone and painting, driveway pour, and rock pathway in garden to name a few. Shaniko is wonderful to work with! He is very attentive to details and communicates throughout the entire job. I'm a Realtor® and I refer him out to my clients whenever they have a need. The Right Stage is pretty awesome!”

“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

“My wife and I recently had the opportunity to add an outdoor living area to our house of 19 years. On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. Throughout the construction process, Bryant and or the project supervisor came by each day (sometimes more than once a day) to make sure every process was running smoothly. The final product has been described as something out of a magazine and we owe it all to Bryant and his staff. A photo should be available on J. Bryant Boyd's web site and on his profile. We felt so strongly about the final results that we posted a sign on our front lawn and invited everyone to drop by on 7 Oct to see first hand the final product. If you would like to see the completed outdoor living area, you need only to arrange through a member of Mr. Boyd's staff; we would be more than happy to show off the results of Bryant's design and build team. I was recently contacted by someone considering retaining the services of Mr. Boyd. After giving my thoughts to the perspective client, I realized I had never taken the time to post a review.”

“Levitas Modern Homes helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding our home in August of 2017. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property. All of this was accomplished within the budget afforded by our homeowners insurance. We cannot thank Jeremy and all the staff at Levitas Modern Homes enough for a superb effort and outcome. We would absolutely recommend them for any remodel or new build projects and will use them again ourselves should the need ever arise! “I contracted with Silverton to build my home in Jonestown, Texas. I was living 5 hours away at the time. Building a home long distance is a challenge. Silverton made every effort to help me through the process. This is the first home that I have built and they were very professional and patient with me as we worked through the details. I am very happy and pleased with the home that they built for me.”
