She listened patiently to our needs and picked up on features we were interested in developing and adding her own wonderfully creative input, she designed for us, a beautifully proportioned, light filled home, with many stunning features. She is client-centred, easy to work with, accessible, with a helpful eye on budgetary considerations. “Theresa was just wonderful and took all the problems that can come from builders with a new build, sorted them out and only then , when a solution had been found, informed me . She had a site meeting almost every week for the duration and solved so many problems. The build was complex and needed great attention to details which she is so very good at. She has a great personality which managed to get the very best work out of each person as she commanded respect with her wide knowledge of each speciality. I cannot recommend her highly enough”

“PH Design has provided a great and speedy service. A great design has been provided to renovate a 200 year old cottage to update the extension to modern standard. The old part of the cottage has been exposed and preserved to show the original features. Everything was to outstanding quality and precision and planning was granted first time. Couldn't recommend PH Design more!”

“Without doubt we are delighted to be working with Paul O'Brien from Chora Design Studio.Starting out we weren't sure what we wanted but Paul was able to create a workable space for us to enjoy.We asked for light,insulation and storage on a budget but we got way more for our buck.Working with Paul is very easy as he's very approachable and very professional.
