Architectural & Structural Design We provide a full range of architectural and structural engineering design services for one-off houses, home extensions, renovations and small commercial developments. All our designs are completed in both 2D and 3D, with high end rendering and 3D fly throughs to bring your design to life before construction work commences. Our in-house design professionals will work within your budget to ensure that you get the best possible end product for your specific requirements. Planning applications We offer a full range of services to get you through the planning application process, whether it is for a one-off house, extension to an existing property, multi-unit development or commercial development. We will oversee all elements of the planning process on your behalf to complete the planning process. Tender Preparation This service involves the preparation of tender and contract documents including the assessment of tenders and awarding of contracts to the nominated contractor We fulfil the role of the PSDP (Project Supervisor of the Design Process) so that you are in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Site Supervision & Sign-off There are site inspections undertaken at regular periods to ensure that the work has been undertaken correctly. Reports are also prepared for any defective works, with follow up inspections to ensure that works have been completed satisfactorily and finally there is a Sign-off at appropriate stages and we issue final compliance certification.
