“Michael Norpell has been a fantastic person to work with. He came in to a situation with our house that had a nasty, and I mean NASTY pool in the back that had a funky 80's shape and not a lot of hope for it to look good. After surveying the property with me and looking at pictures I had pulled from many different places, he came back 2 days later with perfect drawings of a pool and the setting around it that blew me away. He "got me" in that he understood my vision but was able to take it so much further and better than I imagined. He sought out the subcontractors and supervised all of them throughout the production of the pool, making sure they all knew what the others were doing so that the timing went well. I now have a very envied pool that looks straight out of a high end resort, but at a very reasonable price. Michael also helped me indoors when I first moved in-he helped me figure out where to place a fairly extensive Folk Art collection, helped with new furniture decisions, new kitchen table, etc. His best piece is a fantastic rug he designed using FLOR-he brought a lot of pieces I had together to make a pretty good room into a WOW room.
