“We interviewed and got bids from numerous contractors and settled on Robert Deville's Premier Contracting & Remodel. We have done complete remodels in the past and have built a home from the ground up but this was by far our best experience yet. Professional, on time, fast and yet the top quality we must have in a home in Morningside Country Club and at a competitive price point. We cannot recommend Premier Construction too highly. We gutted our home for a total remodel and it is now one of the most beautiful we have seen in Morningside...or anywhere in the desert. ...And the project was actually enjoyable from start to finish.”

I had a very specific concept and plan, which they executed beautifully despite challenges because of the old building that my gallery occupies. They also helped me stay within budget and work around unexpected issues that arose. Patrick was professional in all his dealings with me, and he helped me get it all completed in a timely manner. “Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“We were looking for a roofer to repair a leak in our screened patio, which we wanted to close up for my husband's art studio. Eric, the owner, came out himself instead of sending a salesman, as everyone else had done. He explained everything he would do very thoroughly and I was comfortable with him from the time he walked in the gate. His wasn't the lowest bid we got but he really gave us peace of mind with a new roof and repairs which were unexpected. It is much more attractive now, and well on its way to being climate-controlled; I won't be ashamed to have people see it anymore. He's been in the construction field for a long time; I highly recommend him and his company.”
