“I recently worked on a project for Wolfgang Pichler Design. As a 30 year veteran in the building industry (a GC now specializing in cabinetry) I was very impressed with Wolfgang's design. His aesthetic was very refreshing, intelligent and on point ! Wolfgang was a great communicator who also respects a fellow professional's input and opinion. A pleasure to work with, and I hope we can collaborate again ! Don Van Dijk Van Dijk Bros. Palm Springs CA”
Residential Design By: Jonathan Pelezzare

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars16 November 2014
“I hired Jonathan to design my new 5000 Square Foot Home. His performance and professionalism were light years beyond excellent. He spent numerous hours with me going over every little detail on the plans. He not only completed the design plans but also coordinated with the plumbing, electrical, structural, and HVAC engineers for a complete design package. His association with the planning and building department also contributed to smooth going when having the plans approved by the City. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone who wants a complete professionally designed plan that includes a personal touch.”
Michael Norpell's Wall To Wall

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 February 2014
“Michael Norpell has been a fantastic person to work with. He came in to a situation with our house that had a nasty, and I mean NASTY pool in the back that had a funky 80's shape and not a lot of hope for it to look good. After surveying the property with me and looking at pictures I had pulled from many different places, he came back 2 days later with perfect drawings of a pool and the setting around it that blew me away. He "got me" in that he understood my vision but was able to take it so much further and better than I imagined. He sought out the subcontractors and supervised all of them throughout the production of the pool, making sure they all knew what the others were doing so that the timing went well. I now have a very envied pool that looks straight out of a high end resort, but at a very reasonable price. Michael also helped me indoors when I first moved in-he helped me figure out where to place a fairly extensive Folk Art collection, helped with new furniture decisions, new kitchen table, etc. His best piece is a fantastic rug he designed using FLOR-he brought a lot of pieces I had together to make a pretty good room into a WOW room. I can not say enough good things about the work that Michael Norpell does. He gets the highest score possible from both my husband and myself!!!”

John Powell Architects
Drafting Professionals in Palm Springs, CA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 February 2017
“I had John Powell make alterations and additions to my San Francisco Victorian. His changes brought a modern sensibility to the house in such a fashion that his designs respect the original house but are strikingly modern. He converted an added, flat-roofed garage into a structure with a gable matching the one of the house, but he left the new roof rafters uncovered and exposed in a contemporary fashion, prompting a neighbor to ask, "Is it old trying to look new, or is it new trying to look old?" He transformed the traditional interiors into a minimal, modern design by painting the intricate Victorian details and walls all white, and with the contemporary furnishings he selected, the traditional house was reimagined into a modern home.”
