KBF Design Gallery
New homeowners wanted to update the kitchen before moving in. KBF replaced all the flooring with a mid-tone plank engineered wood, and designed a gorgeous new kitchen that is truly the centerpiece of the home. The crystal chandelier over the center island is the first thing you notice when you enter the space, but there is so much more to see! The architectural details include corbels on the range hood, cabinet panels and matching hardware on the integrated fridge, crown molding on cabinets of varying heights, creamy granite countertops with hints of gray, black, brown and sparkle, and a glass arabasque tile backsplash to reflect the sparkle from that stunning chandelier.
Atwater Inc. Studio
This private residence is designed to reflect an elegant yet serene mood enhanced by soft color pallets. Selective artwork collages and custom textile and carpets compose a symphony of luxury and timeless living. Functionality and practicality are integrated into the details to anticipate every need of residents, offering indulgence and comfort in each space.
A Stroke of Genius
A special spot in the kitchen holds a place for the bar. Pull out doors behind the cabinet doors in the lower cabinets hold liquor bottles. Glass upper cabinets neatly display drinking and wine glasses.

Forward Design Build Remodel
The existing dining area and renovated kitchen are connected through a butler's pantry, giving the homeowner extra storage for barware and entertaining pieces. The cabinets, counters and backsplash were all refreshed to marry the kitchen and dining spaces.

Kitchen Remodel to include, white raised panel cabinets, glass dome pendants, recessed lights, and a large grey kitchen island

We added a bar between the kitchen and family room, which is perfect for entertaining and additional storage. The herringbone marble backsplash coordinates with the kitchen, as does the quartz countertop. The center glass doors display glassware and add an open feeling.

We had so much fun designing in this Spanish meets beach style with wonderful clients who travel the world with their 3 sons. The clients had excellent taste and ideas they brought to the table, and were always open to Jamie's suggestions that seemed wildly out of the box at the time. The end result was a stunning mix of traditional, Meditteranean, and updated coastal that reflected the many facets of the clients. The bar area downstairs is a sports lover's dream, while the bright and beachy formal living room upstairs is perfect for book club meetings. One of the son's personal photography is tastefully framed and lines the hallway, and custom art also ensures this home is uniquely and divinely designed just for this lovely family.
