Details: Durch den großzügig gewählten Lichtspiegel erscheint der Raum jetzt weiter. Der Handtuchheizkörper ist zur besseren Bedienung einseitig offen gewählt. Der Mineralputz und die Fliesen sind bündig angepasst, auch im Bereich der Sockelfliesen. Der Rolladen wurde mit einem Motor elektrisch ausgestattet, dadurch konnte die Kurbel entfallen. Das Dachgebälk wurde weiss lasiert.
