Woodsman Kitchens and FloorsThis amazing entertainment loft overlooking the lagoon at Beachwalk features our Eclipse Frameless Cabinetry in the Metropolitan door style. The designers collaborated with the homeowners to create a fully-equipped, high-tech third floor lounge with a full kitchen, wet bar, media center and custom built-ins to display the homeowner’s curated collection of sports memorabilia. The creative team incorporated a combination of three wood species and finishes: Maple; Painted Repose Gray (Sherwin Williams color) Walnut; Seagull stain and Poplar; Heatherstone stain into the cabinetry, shiplap accent wall and trim. The brushed gold hardware is the perfect finishing touch. This entire third story is now devoted to top notch entertaining with waterfront views.
Four Elements ConstructionOur client purchased this small bungalow a few years ago in a mature and popular area of Edmonton with plans to update it in stages. First came the exterior facade and landscaping which really improved the curb appeal. Next came plans for a major kitchen renovation and a full development of the basement. That's where we came in. Our designer worked with the client to create bright and colorful spaces that reflected her personality. The kitchen was gutted and opened up to the dining room, and we finished tearing out the basement to start from a blank state. A beautiful bright kitchen was created and the basement development included a new flex room, a crafts room, a large family room with custom bar, a new bathroom with walk-in shower, and a laundry room. The stairwell to the basement was also re-done with a new wood-metal railing. New flooring and paint of course was included in the entire renovation. So bright and lively! Kathleen Ramsey, Allied ASIDThe client wanted a stunning bar with room for a large TV and closed shelving to hide any messes. We lined the back of the bar with the same ledger stone on the TV/Fireplace wall and added accent lighting to rake across the tile. Additionally we used a white Cambria countertop and did a waterfall outside edge on the raised bar.

Jordan Design-Build GroupThe owners engaged us to conduct a full house renovation to bring this historic stone mansion back to its former glory. One of the highest priorities was updating the main floor’s more public spaces which serve as the diplomat's primary representation areas where special events are hosted.
Worn wall-to-wall carpet was removed revealing original oak hardwood floors that were sanded and refinished with an Early American stain. Great attention to detail was given to the selection, customization and installation of new drapes, carpets and runners all of which had to complement the home’s existing antique furniture. The striking red runner gives new life to the grand hall and winding staircase and makes quite an impression upon entering the property. New ceilings, medallions, chandeliers and a fresh coat of paint elevate the spaces to their fullest potential. A customized bar was added to an adjoining sunroom that serves as spillover space for formal events and a more intimate setting for casual gatherings.
